About Pianoland
Pianoland is a private piano school based in Cork, Ireland, operated as a sole trader by Iuliia Sufan. By using this website or purchasing tickets for our events, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email us at info@pianoland.ie.
Event tickets
Purchasing tickets
Tickets are sold through Stripe's secure payment platform. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive a ticket confirmation by email containing a QR code for event entry.
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If Pianoland cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. No refund is issued if an event goes ahead as scheduled.
Event changes
Pianoland reserves the right to change event details — including date, time, or venue — with reasonable notice to ticket holders. Ticket holders will be notified by email if significant changes occur.
Ticket use
We do not check names at the door — tickets can be passed on if you can no longer attend. Each ticket is valid for a single scan. Tickets are category-specific: a child ticket admits one child, a family ticket admits the number of adults and children it was purchased for, and so on. Entry may be refused if the ticket category does not match the attendees.
Piano lessons
Detailed studio policies — including pricing, scheduling, missed lessons, and payment terms — are set out on our Policy & Pricing page. By enrolling in lessons, you agree to those policies.
Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. Content — including text, images, and videos — is the property of Pianoland and may not be reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but make no guarantees as to its completeness.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
