Intro Session
Perfect for young beginners. A gentle introduction to piano basics.
Standard Lesson
The sweet spot for most students. Room to explore and grow.
Extended Session
Deep, focused work for serious students and exam candidates.
All lessons are private, one-on-one. Session length can be adjusted as you progress.
Studio Policies
Clear guidelines help us focus on what matters — your music.
Weekly Lesson Time
Lessons take place once per week at a fixed time. This time is reserved exclusively for you.
Payments
Paid in advance (monthly or per term). Payment secures your weekly time slot, not individual lessons.
Cancellations
Give at least 48 hours notice and Julia will do her best to find a new time. If no mutually suitable time can be found, the lesson is forfeited with no refund.
Missed Lessons
Lessons missed without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If I Cancel
If I need to cancel, a replacement lesson will be arranged at another time.
Stopping Lessons
One week's notice required. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Time Changes
Lesson time changes require at least one week's notice and depend on availability.
Practice & Progress
Students are expected to practise regularly. Parents are encouraged to support practice at home.
Parents
Parents are welcome to attend lessons if they wish.
Behaviour
Students should behave respectfully. Any concerns will be discussed with parents to find a positive solution.
Online Lessons
If needed due to circumstances, lessons may temporarily move online at the same scheduled time.
Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during lessons or performances for school promotion.
Practice Instrument
Students should have access to a piano or keyboard at home for regular practice between lessons.
